Are you a handy, meticulous, and solution-oriented person with an interest in industrial production? Then this might be the right position for you!

As an operator, you play an important role in our production of steel chain products. You work closely with your colleagues in a team where quality, safety, and efficiency are the focus.

Operation and monitoring of machines for wire drawing, annealing, welding, hardening, painting, and calibration.

Perform operator maintenance and machine adjustments as needed.

Contribute to order and cleanliness in the workplace through ongoing cleaning.

Work in the business system SAP and monitor machine efficiency and availability via Balthzar.

Be flexible and support the team where needed to ensure smooth and efficient production.

The position is scheduled for two shifts, which means we are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys shift work.

Has experience in industrial work – but if you have the right willingness and commitment, we welcome applications even without previous experience.

Is positive, practical, and takes initiative.

Has a good understanding of the importance of safety, quality, and efficiency in an industrial environment.

Is meticulous and has an easy time collaborating in a team.

Masters Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious (but not required):

Industrial education

Forklift license and/or overhead crane license
